Returns & Exchanges Policy Overview

  • Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. They must be in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order confirmation email or packing slip.
Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on earrings and other pierced jewelry (like drops) due to hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and include your proof of purchase. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you once we have processed your return. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new shipment.
