We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Flat rate fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions: We ship globally! However, please note that delivery to some parts of Asia and other remote areas may not be available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item isn’t the perfect fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
Please include your original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) with your return.
Please Note: For the health and safety of all our valued customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings and other pierced jewelry (like drops) due to strict hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our caring customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide us with all the necessary details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and the address to send your package. Please do not send your return without this number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) with the proof of purchase and ship them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.

Refunds

Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.

Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed your return. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new shipment.
