We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Shipping Regions: We ship globally! However, please note that delivery to some parts of Asia and other remote areas may not be available at this time.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item isn’t the perfect fit or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our caring customer care team at [email protected]. Use the template below to provide us with all the necessary details.
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and the address to send your package. Please do not send your return without this number.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) with the proof of purchase and ship them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.

Refunds
Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.
Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed your return. Standard shipping fees will apply for the new shipment.
