• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate fee of $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Regions

We ship globally, except to parts of Asia and other remote areas where delivery may not be available at this time.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons
• Include your original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings and other pierced jewelry (like drops). All sales of these items are final.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Ship your return to the provided address using a trackable service

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or colors will be shipped once we process your return. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment.
